Description

This is another commissioner's (Pumpkingonzo) take on Ion Storm who recently became official (July 2015).   The character was started as a project back in 2011 between myself and :iconbdixonarts:.  Now, we are usually curious on what other artists' takes on this character as well as Nova Storm.
