I apologize that it has been a long time since I put a journal up. I just have been so busy with my normal life with several volunteer jobs. Anyhow, last month I got the shock of a lifetime. One evening, an announcement showed up mysteriously online. 

People who either know me or have been following me online know that BDixonarts and I have been working on naming the last two of the Rainmakers since 2011. Back in 2015, a dream became a reality when their names became official through AskVectorSigma. Then things went quiet until this summer when toys showed up with their names on the set. This set is massively released through Target as of right now. I was so shocked when I found out and cried happy tears. I am so humble about this.

I have been a member of this site for nearly a decade.  There have been times that I have enjoyed my time here but there are other times that I wonder why am I still a member. I have not submitted much artwork on the site since I have joined it.  Is this due to me being scared of putting images up?  No...I just simply do not have much to contribute since I am not an artist.  I have enjoyed the people who I have interacted on this site.  But right now, I feel like one of the main reasons why I am still around is to manage groups even though that can be tiring and a tad frustrating.  

For right now, I will try to decide what I want to do.  Stay where I am at, take a break and return or delete my account.

First of all, Happy New Year to my friends. 

Also, I've seen a few people posting 'goals' journals so I figured I ought to try to do this.  

1.  Lose a bit of weight since I am sick of it. 

2.  Find a job even though I have been job hunting for the last 4 weeks.  

3.  Finish my Administrative assistant certificate.  Even though I have some science degrees but it is proving to be difficult to find science jobs so I figure working as an administrative assistant could work...at least get my feet wet. 

4. Exercise more.  

5.  Get my finances under control.

6. Cure my allergies.
